We are proud to develop a personalized marketing campaign for each client. We also have our own personal transaction coordinator that handles only The Tom Love Group’s files. This helps to ensure that each file is handled correctly and as efficiently as possible. Since she handles the transaction from beginning to end, no detail is overlooked.
The Tom Love Group also has a dedicated team of buyer’s agents who specialize in working with those who are looking to purchase properties. They constantly search the available home inventory and research bank-owned and for sale by owner properties to find the best deals for our buyers. They take the time to understand our client’s needs so that they can structure a property search to best fit their criteria. Due to Tom’s extensive database, we even have access to listings before they are available to the public.
